If her performances over the last 3 years are anything to go by, Britney Spears needs a zimmerframe not a stage.  However -as ever there’s money to be made- and the Pop star is embarking on her worldwide ‘Femme Fatale Tour’ this Summer.

Promoting the trek on Entertainment Tonight this week, the best pillow-fighter to ever do it gave an inside look at the tour’s preparation. The sad segment sees Spears sport a glazed look over her eyes, struggle to keep up with the original ‘I’m A Slave’ choreography, and generally looking like she’d rather be a million places other than in front of the camera.

Her record label may be shipping 1 million copies of her new album ‘4′ to outlets before its release in two weeks time; however, in a bid, to make sure they are actually sold, Beyonce has taken to her Facebook page to discuss her feelings surrounding the untimely surfacing. Indeed, as many know, the LP hit  the net yesterday.

Alicia Keys lent a helping hand in the fight against Aids recently when she attended the United Nations conference in her hometown of New York.

The ‘Karma‘ singer, who is the co-founder of ‘Keep A Child Alive’ charity, flexed her humanitarian muscles by delivering a powerful speech on the panel of “HIV Priorities for Positive Change: In Women’s Words”.
