Jazmine Sullivan lit a match of excitement amongst her fans last month when she announced that she had more music to add to her critically-acclaimed EP, ‘Heaux Tales.’

Unleashed in January 2021, the concept project was met with immediate praise from fans and music lovers alike. It also went on to generate the songbird’s first Platinum-certified single with ‘Pick Up Your Feelings.’

Now, Sullivan (who is up for three awards at the upcoming GRAMMYs) has unveiled the official tracklist for ‘Heaux Tales, Mo’ Tales: The Deluxe.’

Muni Long has been enjoying ample success with breakout smash ‘Hrs & Hrs.’

And while the ode to romance has already sailed its way into the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100, the rising R&B star (who previously went by her birth name, Priscilla Renea) isn’t resting on her laurels.

Jennifer Lopez has unboxed the theme song from her hotly anticipated new movie ‘Marry Me.’ 

The Maluma-assisted jam serves as the centerpiece of the original motion picture soundtrack, which arrives this Friday (February 4).

More than an opportune collab to plug the film, the song – as well as all the material on the album – power the narrative.

For, both J.Lo and Maluma take on the role of musicians in the Rom-Com, which also stars Owen Wilson.

Over the years, The City Girls have made clear their desire to collaborate with Rap Queen Nicki Minaj.

Name-dropping the diva on a number of occasions in interviews and elsewhere, fans of the Southern Rap duo – affectionately called #Citizens – have joined their faves in an informal petition to secure a feature from Minaj.

However, those requests have fallen on deaf ears and, courtesy of a recent interview with ‘The Morning Hustle,’ we now know the absence of a Minaj/City Girls duet is not incidental.

Janet Jackson is still riding high from reports her eponymous Lifetime documentary, a two-night TV event that aired Friday (January 28) and Saturday (January 29), racked up a historic 15 million viewers (as we reported here).

Instead of resting on her laurels, the Pop icon is continuing on the promo trail in its support.

Most recently spotted on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,’ Jackson beamed about the success of the event – even admitting she was afraid viewers would find it ‘boring.’

As social media reviews rolled in to suggest quite the contrary, the diva may soon be giving the Net something else to talk about:  new music.
