For many, Barack Obama serves as their forever President. As such, it’s of little surprise that his popularity remains oh so potent five years after leaving The White House.

Pressing on with his practice of anchoring himself in Pop culture, #44 has unveiled his list of Favorite Music of 2021.

Speaking on the eclectic tally, Obama said:

“I’ve always enjoyed listening to a wide variety of music, so it’s no surprise that I listened to a little bit of everything this year. I hope you find a new artist or song to add to your own playlist.”

The blend of bops includes infectious cuts from the likes of Lil Nas X, Dancehall queen Spice, Lizzo, Cardi B, and Jon Batiste – who leads the nominations for the 2022 GRAMMYs.
