Boris Kodjoe and Nicole Ari Parker may be juggling parenthood and their own successful TV careers (aboard ABC’s ‘Station 19’ and HBO Max’s ‘And Just Like That…’ respectively), but the husband-wife duo – over 20 years after first collaborating on the hit TV adaptation of the classic film ‘Soul Food’ – are still finding time in their busy schedules to join forces on screen.

Their latest tag team comes via the forthcoming thriller, ‘Safe Room,’  starring Parker.  Serving as Kodjoe’s directorial debut, ‘Safe’ sees Nicole portray a widow trying to protect her autistic teenage son from danger after he witnesses a break-in.

Ahead of its January 15 premiere on Lifetime, That Grape Juice caught up with the lovebirds to dish on the movie, that long-rumored ‘Soul Food’ TV series reboot, and so much more.

Jamie Lynn Spears has hit back at her big sister Britney Spears.

The siblings have been locked in somewhat of a war of words following the performer’s emancipation from the conservatorship that has governed her life for more than 13 years.

Britney has not held back, slamming her family at large for what she says was their role and complicity in her dire predicament.

And sister Jamie hasn’t been exempt from the furor.

Matters escalated even more upon the youngest of the Spears clan hitting the promotional trail in support of her new book, ‘Things I Should Have Said.’

Naturally, her relationship with Britney formed the focus of her sit-down interview appearance on Good Morning America. And, as reported, the ‘Slave 4 U’ singer was not happy – stressing “my family ruined my dreams.”

Now, Jamie has replied publicly and claimed that her sister’s “vague” and “accusatory” posts have led to her family receiving “death threats.”

Check out her open letter below…

Years from its onset, the Azealia Banks and Kanye West saga continues.

From claims she wanted to date him to suggesting he was a closeted gay man who stole her ideas (as we reported here), her outlook on the Rap genius seems to sway wherever the wind blows.  And while he has not publicly responded to her many verbal jabs, West remains the center of Azealia’s attention – as evidenced by a series of posts on the femcee’s social media recently.

As his fans know, Kanye is reportedly hard-at-work on the sequel to his 2021 album, ‘Donda,’ a project that – according to Banks – almost featured her fiery vocals.
