Ugh Ne-yo is seriously starting to irk my nerves. Did anybody else see the interview with him talking about Usher and how he needs to go redo his album because it wasnt good? When both of his singles are trash. Like wtf just shut up. He’s becoming the 50 Cent of R&B.

Dang! *EYE* know more of the words to “Thriller” and “Don’t Stop ‘Till You Get Enough” than Ne-Yo does…and I’m not the one building a career that jacks Michael Jackson’s style of singing, melodies, and videos. He should be ashamed.
I’m also starting to notice that Ne-Yo has a terrible sense of humor. He doesn’t seem like a fun person to be around.
WHY DO PEOPLE WANT NEYO TO BE GAY, DOES THAT TAKE AWAY FROM HIS TALENT? NO, IT DOESN’T. AND WHY ARE PEOPLE SO CONCERN ED THAT NEY-O MIMICK MICHAEL JACKSON’S CHARISM,A, SWAGGER, MELODY, ETC. LAST TIME , I CHECKED MJ WAS FLATTERED BY THE NEW GENERATION MIMICKING HIM. IT’S A COMPLIMENT, AND IF MJ WORKED WITH HIM, AND GAVE HIM A COMPLIMENT FOR HIS WRITING, SAYING THAT HE HAD THE SAME MELODY HAS HIM, WHO ARE WE TO HATE ON NEYO. AND IT’S AMAZING HOW PEOPLE DISRESPECT USHER, YET CRIED AND MOAN OVER CB DURING THE MJ TRIBUTE. ISN’T CB INFLUENCED BY MJ. PEOPLE WANT TO CRITICIZE NEYO, WHEN ALL HE DID WAS STATE HIS PROFESSIONAL OPINION. NEYO IS AN ACCOMPLISHED SINGER AND SONGWRITER, HE HAS A TRAINED EAR AND CAN GIVE A PROFESSIONAL OPINION, I’M SURE IT WASN’T MEANT AS A DISS. EVEN MICHAEL WANTED THE PRODUCERS WORKING WITH HIM, TO CUT THE GARBAGE AND TELL HIM, WHEN HE WASN’T SINGING A SONG CORRECTLY, THAT IS HOW AN ARTIST GROWS. WITH CRITICISM COMES PERFECTION. USHER HASN’T MADE A STATEMENT BEHIND THAT, SO WHY ARE THE FANS HATING.
I realy like this guy , he can definetly sing , I wish i liked his latest music effort … 🙁 I try HARD to love it , but i can’t , Beautiful Monster is garbage as hell , and Champagne Life sound just like an album filler … A Mary J. Blige album filler ( Take it in a VERY good way cuz you know MJB is the Queen of all Queens 😀 ).
I think his album will underperform cuz Ne-Yo, just like The Dream, stripes are showing. There is a way to share a professional opinion w/o seeming catty.
There are other great artists like Anthony Hamilton who has a voice but does have the industry machine backing his career.
