She didn’t take the heat. The majority of people in charge of rap and hip hop are men. They control the media, the information and the marketing. Women aren’t popping out as s*** and girly and being supported. Women come out and are filtered into two categories. Ho or Tomboy. Since men will want to f*** the ho its easier to model a woman to appeal to men through her. Even if a woman raps it can’t be silly or girly because thats not acceptable. She has to rap about sucking c**** and how juicy her p**** is. Lets not act like Kim wasn’t aware of her environment and how to get thugs to pay attention. She HAD to go as hard as the guys but the environment has changed. Hip hop isn’t about thus and the basic anymore. This makes no sense to me. Being a Kim fan is one thing but are you unaware of how musical evolution works? You do realize when they were subtly singing about kissing and marriage in the 60’s natural evolution would lead to these topics becoming more accepted by society and as such NEW topics and views would have to be explored?
