Cher Lloyd Covers Usher’s ‘OMG’

Published: Wednesday 30th May 2012 by Sam

The ink on Cher Lloyd‘s Epic Records deal may still be wet, yet the British belle is wasting no time kick-starting her US campaign.

Having released the video for her debut American single ‘Want U Back’ recently, the X Factor UK star stopped by Billboard this week, where she performed a retooled take on Usher‘s 2012 smash ‘OMG’.

Find out how she fared after the jump…

On somewhat of a random note; UK’ers, does anyone else feel like Cher seems “perkier”? I guess the allure of US success does that to folk!

No mama! She sings better than La Cole, Rihanna & Perry but i don’t know what that screeching and yodelling was all about.

What has happened to her voice? Not just singing but speaking as well, it sounds really affected. This alternate version of OMG is f****** awful by the way ;o)
