I think if Kelly wants to be a successful singer she needs a “it factor” which she does not have. Her voice is as heavy as Waffer and when she tries to go farther she pushes the voice into a yell/yodel. And while she had some great songs on her last cd (it was a great cd) but because she sang the songs no one listened because her voice does not capture any attention. If someone else sang that cd it would have been a hit but her and voice and those songs just won’t work. She needs to manage/train artists.

It may be another R&B hit for her, or another flop for her……. Either which one, I am looking forward to hearing the song. But I am a little disappointed that it is the same collaboration with Lil Wayne. Hopefully this isn’t Motivation 2.0 even though I do like that song.

I never wouldve thought id see the day that kelly rowland is being takin seriously as an artist. People like to throw shade and hate on her but even those haters are still checking for her. Shes fefinately going to be a force this year in the urban/ r snd b lane. Its time for her to take what is rightfully hers. As an artist she had grown into a solo star in her own right. I heard the snippit of the song, its definately fresh and the title is fitting for the summer. So it may end up being successful, personally i love the song but i may be biasef bcuz im a huge fan.

Trackrunner i agree with you shes definately caught a lot of attention this year. They really pushed the sex angle but i have a feelingthat her next will showcase he vocals maybe a ballad. This song sounds great its different.her voice sounds a whole lot stronger and a lot less auto tune. (she doesnt need it anyeay) this era seems promising i hope that she promotes the hell out of this slbum then go on tour and yes to all the haters she got positive to miced reviews while she on tour with chris brown and at supafest. They were saying she is a beadt of a performer so inagine her on tour #absoluteslayage lol

i think she might end up singing at the bet awards. I really dont think bet will pass her up especially after last years performance of motivation. I think everyone is curious as to what shell do next. Im guessing a duet with trey bcuz shes on a song on his new album plus thru hav been pared up a lot lately.
