Speaking exclusively to That Grape Juice.Net this week, Blake revealed that he and the ‘X Factor USA’ judge had begun working on cuts for the release, explaining:
“I think her fans will be surprised by it. I would say its definitely the ‘unexpected’ Britney in so many ways, in that she’s playing with new textures and stomping on new grounds and genres”.
The mastermind behind Usher‘s Hot 100 winner ‘Climax’ and Rihanna’s reggae flavored ‘No Love Allowed’, the singer’s comments on the album came days before the release of his Roc Nation backed EP, ‘Bijoux 22′, and weeks after he reportedly joined the star and ‘Telephone‘ producer Darkchild for LA studio sessions.

While Blake couldn’t share any potential release dates for the Pop piece, his news comes as the latest piece of good news for Spears’ fans, who recently took her Will.i.am led single ‘Scream & Shout’ to #2 in the UK, #12 in the US and #3 in South Korea.

This is what I hate about producers. They use terms “unexpected, epic, groundbreaking, creative, innovative blah blah blah” SHUT THE FUCK UP ALREADY. All Britney, Rihanna, Kesha, Katy and Gaga do is recycle each other’s music and then try to pass the shit off as something that is unexpected and hasn’t been done before, and what’s even sadder is that the current generation of teens are stupid enough to fall for it.
Britney hasn’t been hot since 2003. Sure her music is still catchy, but where she stands as a performer, and singer, is mediocre. I miss the days where Britney tore the stage up, her music was actually something worth listening to, and she didn’t have the personality of a dial tone.

As they gear up for their fifth TV spot and a slew of other power moves, let’s take a look back at the history of Pepsi and Beyonce:
1. A New Pepsi Face (2002)
Ten years ago marked the end of a Pepsi era that featured the tyc***’s then-most popular spokesperson to date: Britney Spears. Though the end of her deal would not completely remove Spears’ affiliation with the brand, it opened the door for Beyonce Knowles’ fresh face. In an effort to attract a more diverse audience, Beyonce inked a deal with Pepsi that would lead to her first Pepsi commercial, a musical spinoff of her first movie role in MTV’s “Carmen: A Hip Hopera.” At just 21 years old, Beyonce’s first Pepsi commercial was featured in the Superbowl that year.
“Any artist would be excited to be a part of Pepsi. 2. Crazy in Love (2003)

3. We Will Rock You- 2004

A more detailed business deal that includes the singer’s artistic freedom and the brand’s endorsement of the promo for her next album, Beyonce and Pepsi have created a marketing machine. Along with her fifth commercial and sponsoring her upcoming Superbowl halftime show, the brand will also roll out print ads and a limited edition can featuring the singer’s face. They are also gearing up to sponsor her 2013 world tour.

I like Beyonce but you do make some vaild points. We are living in an ANTI-R&B climate and a very much PRO-POP, POP-COUNTRY & POP-RAP era. Any artist who cannot adapt to this new MEDIA-MUSIC INDUSTRY MONOPOLY paradigm will suffer and it really doesn’t mater how good an artist you actually are. There are many wonderful singers and true talents that have been and will continue to be PUSHED & SHOVED OUT OF THE MUSIC INDUSTRY! *cough* Jazmine Sullivan anyone? 0_o
Beyonce will be fine, in that she is considered the new black powerhouse….blah, blah, blah….insert something about her awards, former group DC, her PET CAMEL, or daughter Blue Ivy. She will remain relevant even if her next CD Flops. She’s Beyonce! She’s talented & attractive. And lets not forget, she’s considered an acceptable black among the white power structure so she will be just fine!

I don’t get it. Just because you’re a die hard fan of one particular artist, does not mean by any means, that you can’t be interested in someone else’s music. Sure, Britney is undeniably a standout favorite for me, but I personally like Rihanna, Christina, Beyonce, etc. I like Britney because she resonates individually. True she may not write all her material or boast powerhouse vocals, but she’s unmistakably recognizable by both fan and non fan alike. Her voice different from other artists. You always know it’s her. On the other hand, it’s not a sin to like other music. Yes, we have our favorites, but can’t we respect other artists just as much for different qualities. I generally love a good dance song regardless of the name behind it. The name should not determine the appeal. And for me it doesn’t. But admittedly I am a huge Britney Spears fan all the same. Looking forward to album 8!

This will be the first time in Beyonce life she is going head to head with a black woman bigger than her. Rih is not going anywhere in 2013. Stay comes out in Jan and beyonce single comes out in feb. They will be head to head in the chart and we all know who Rih pop singles do on billboard. Then, she will be on many fashion magazine to promote styled to rock ( marie Claire, Instyle , W ) Then , styled to rocked and its reruns will be beamed into out homes every week for 10 weeks. By this time the superbowl and that HBO thing will be old news. And it is nothing new. Rih on style to rock THE USA version will be new for the usa, WE will get to know the real Rih. Where will beyonce be at this time? Who will care? Then she will be getting headlines and more exposure to sell her shit on her WW tour. Then she has 2 movies coming out. One is a comedy and she was funny as fuck as shy ronny on SNL. She won a lot fans doing that. So the movies will have more promo, more premieres, more hot fashion on the red carpet – what will she wear? what hair ? Will CB be on the red carpet with her? By then, where beyonce be? She will blend in. She does not stand out from rih.
Then all the kids will be wearing rih new line from River island. Beyonce is gone get smothered by Hurricane Rihanna. From fashion, TV, Movies, music, Videos, Red carpet, sex appeal, Tabloids. Beyonce will drowned.

Britney has overstayed her welcome by a good 10 years. The milk is very sour now. It was one thing to be a corny debutante at 18 when she could play on her callow youth as justification for her music sucking balls and her being a grotesque singer. At over 30, it’s sad. She hasn’t grown up and she’s still trying to wear that same old varsity sweater that not only is out of style, but is now about 3 sizes too small on her, and has holes in it.
