According to Sony Music, the visual will next week Monday (October 17th) on the Today Show.
As excited as we are, clarity on her video-dropping strategy would be much appreciated. All these back-to-back videos. I mean is there an anthology on the horizon? What exactly is the current single? These things shouldn’t be ‘secret’. Indeed, given her pregnant state, the more that’s public, the more her fans have to look forward to. Just a thought.

Anyway, I really don’t get the ‘4’ promotional campaign.Cancelled singles, promo singles intervening with the actual singles, low budget videos just churned out.They are obviously trying to keep the sales stable, so they just put material out there to keep people buying, but I don’t think it’s really working… 😳

Her new management is killing her career. Seriously. She wouldn’t have been the star she is today if she had had this dumb management team.
1) She created huge hype around ‘Love On Top’ after performing it on VMA;
2) They scheduled Love On Top as single, but then it got canceled;
3) They will release the video after 2 months of the iconic performance;
4) They will release the video when Countdown is out just for a few weeks.
‘4’ isn’t the easiest album to promote these days and her manager doesn’t do absolutely nothing for it. An album like 4 needs a good strategy behind it so it can keep advance. The fact is ‘4’ is selling only because of Beyoncé’s name. All the singles so far have been underperforming, there were no strategy around them. That’s it.
I could keep pointing many mistakes and wrong decissions her team and herself made on this era, but the numbers speak for themselves*. I just want to say just one thing: “Beyoncé, you’d better call Papa Knowles.”
* Probably, 4 will sell around 3 million (WW). It’s far from being bad these days. BUT considering that all Beyoncé’s albums sold at least 3 million each only in US, we can admit that it’s underperformed.
