However, before her fans anticipate the next move she’ll make to promote her self-titled new album, Steve Forbes’ ‘Forbes‘ have decided to celebrate the entertainer by naming an ‘Industry Winner of 2013’ this week!
With a sales run that’s already seen her move over 1.5 million units worldwide, one can only marvel at the fact that an album released no more than a month ago has done what it’s done, in the time that it’s done it in.
Sure, while some see her effortless surpassing of Miley Cyrus, Lady GaGa and Katy Perry as the ‘achievement’, we’d say scoring her fastest selling album to date 16 years into her career is what Beyonce may be most proud of this year.
For, without hearing the release before-hand or having press releases written in its aid shoved down their threats, music lovers purchased over 1 million copies of the LP worldwide- doing so knowing that what they’d be purchasing would be value for money.
