Dinah is Tongan and Polynesian both have heavily inspired rnb and reggae influences within their culture. Dinah is not trying to be black she grew up in Santa Ana Cali in poverty I admit she had made some mistakes in the past when she was a teenager. But this narrative of Dinah wanting to be black is dismissing her own heritage and culture y’all pretending like Polynesian culture does not exist. Which ain’t it miss
