Unleashed moments ago, the track is the first taste fresh material from the Pop crooner since last year’s ‘My Beautiful Melancholy’ EP.
It also arrives ahead of another new cut, christened ‘Blinding Lights,’ which debuts later this week as part of a brand partnership with Mercedes Benz.

While recognising Abel’s ability to bake a radio ready bop, we’ve rarely been enamoured with any given song he’s dropped.
This hasn’t necessarily changed that, but it doesn’t undeniably knock and could well become a moderate hit for him.

I knew the song was gonna sound like this before even playing it.
Same production tricks, same lyrics same sound.
He didnt evolve.
People will soon get tired of him and his sound. People will soon realise he is over rated.
This song sounds like a left over track from starboy or beauty behind the madness

For me, nothing has topped ‘Earned It’, but yeah…He has such a distinct sound that its hard for him to have a variety in my opinion. I do think his vocals work better with darker, more bass heavy instrumentals though.
I forgot about him. I honestly had to sit here and try to picture who this was.

Unpopular opinion: No one missed The Weekend whilst he was gone. Khalid does this moody kinda pop/urban pop now and to be fair, does it better.
He is back to the artist that actually captured the attention of the public and fans. at the beginning of his career.
The dreads he cut off must contain his genius, as this isn’t it. Was he emulating Stevie? And of course an Aquarius guy will be heartless. Shout out to all those who lost a heart to Aquarian frostbite.
Lyrically it’s repetitive but it’s another cool bop from the best male artist out right now. Period! Bring on the album
