Little Mix kicked off their ‘Confetti Tour’ in seismic style last night (April 9).
Blazing Belfast’s SSE Arena, the chart-topping Pop trio brought a hit-filled set comprised of classics such as ‘Touch,’ ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ and their most recent #1 smash ‘Sweet Melody.’
Rescheduled due to the effects of the global health crisis, the largely sold-out trek serves as the group’s last for a while as they embark on their previously announced hiatus.
And while solo ventures are amounting fast, the ladies are still going all out with the super-slick arena spectacle – their first since the departure of member Jesy Nelson.

Not all Music markets are the same size dear.
You say that not all music markets are the same size and ignore the fact that I pointed out that out of the world’s top 5 biggest music markets, Little Mix were only successful in one of them. You really are dumb, dear.

The fact they delivered one of the top ten best selling global albums for one of the four main music companies in 2021, despite “only selling in one of the five big music markets” (according to you) actually makes their achievements even more noteworthy. You can hate a you want but they have made their coin with tours, endorsements and merchandise. In terms of western pop music, they solo fly the flag for female groups 🤷🏽♂️
They lasted for ten years and were never able to tour solo in the USA. They had to settle for being Ariana Grande’s support act. In contrast, the Korean girlband TWICE have done two arena tours and the last one was so successful, they are coming back to America to play an encore in a stadium. Their last album peaked at #3 in America while the same week Little Mix peaked at #182. Embarrassing.

TWICE have conquered the world’s two biggest music markets, America and Japan. Something that Little Mix couldn’t do in ten years. And they clearly care what America thinks, as they were still bringing it up in interviews when promoting Between Us.

There’s enough room for all acts. There is no other western girl group hitting anywhere near those numbers for pop music. Each has their own lane. We get it. You don’t like them, you can’t diminish their achievements. You’ll always be a hater. It eats you up inside being that bitter.
