The full version of ‘The Way That I Love You’ by R&B star Ashanti surfaced today. Remember, a snippet of the track was posted in early December. The LT Hutton produced track has been confirmed as the lead single from Ashanti’s forthcoming album ‘The Declaration’ – and not ‘Hey Baby (After the Club)’ as previously stated by the singer and her label.
Upon hearing the track in it’s entirety, I’m thinking Ashanti really has a shot at hitting the top with this one. It’s easily her best single in a long while. Welcome back Ashanti… {Thanks Melissa }

On my first listen…today… I like it, very much. I’m impressed.
Go Miss Ashanti. Sounds like she’s improved vocally this time around. She’s finally found herself vocally, she knows what she CAN do and CAN’T do. I know this song will be a HIT, especially on R&B radio stations.
I’m not an Ashanti fan and I haven’t ever purchased any of her albums, but I have to say she’s really bringing the effort, passion and creativity with this song/single.

This is a HIT, CHART TOPPER. I love it. Ashanti is back. Keep doing your thing. I love how she dreseses as well, she always looks so refined.
Best I’ve heard from her. I think it’s a hit; although I’m not an Ashanti fan and I won’t ne buying her album or listening to her music. Her voice is still annoying to me, but it isn’t as annoying on this song.
