In tears when you hear a friend’s voice who you haven’t communicated with in a while (especially if the friend is more like a sibling) is one thing. But crying when someone brings up her name in an interview just seems a bit weird to me. Like maybe Kelly is being a little over emotional. Once again the song really isn’t about Beyonce but the bad relationship and how it affected her relationships with friends and family and how she felt about herself at the time.
