Why can’t people like John Legend, Pharrel, Kanye, Kendrick Lemar collaborate with Tamar, K Michelle, Monica, Ciara, Chrisette etc? Why are they always propping up these white artists? Have stan wars completely killed off black females credibility and appeal? Or has the overly sexual imaging, drag look, made black female artists one dimensional, boring, or too ratchet for even the brothers to get next to unless it’s some reality show similar to the likes of a love and hip hop.
Why does it have to be a race thing tho? Why can’t artists collaborate with whoever they want to collaborate with regardless of race, s** etc? This collabo turned out beautiful and the song is great, that should be all that matters. smh.
