I like it but no denying it’s a copy of The Weekend’s “I Can’t feel my face”. Evidently this is the new Dr Luke/Max Martin style of production that we’ll hear from anyone who collaborates with them this year. It’s hard to get past the hot mess of the Paula era and the whole a blurred lines saga. Nicki’s verse sounds like a phone-in mess. It’s totally unrequited – not one of her high moments.

This sounds like a weeknd or Bruno Mars record to me. But I do see hit potential on both the pop and urban landscape. On another note Nicki’s verse added nothing to the song and sounded like it was thrown in as a last minute option.

I loved Robin Thicke since he had that crazy homeless man hair riding his back 12 or so years ago. he has never disappointed me musically(i never heard any song from Paula honestly). the sound is fun, great contrast to the 1st song from the album. the song sounds very fresh and energetic. i only hope he continues his soulful sounds because that is how i found him, though, many discovered him with blurred lines, the greatest worst song of his life and career.

hm idk… i’m not a huge fan of this faux michael jackson sound.
I love Nicki. Think she’s one of the better rappers we have now. I just can’t get into her pop verses that much. I like maybe a few. I feel like her content drops when she jumps on these.
This song sounds good, but Nicki’s verse did seem rushed. It does not really match the song. I like when Nicki works with artist like kanye, drake, eminem, jayz, beyonce, trey songz, alicia keys. These artist are good artist and bring out the best in Nicki. All but maybe trey songz will tell her go back and rework it and edit and get it right. They won’t just accept any thing she sends.
