Despite cranking out many a dance-hit over their storied careers, Black Eyes Peas have never been a group that shied away from tackling social issues. Such is evidenced once again courtesy of their new single, ‘Street Livin.’
Tackling a host of social topics including mass incarceration, immigration, the war on drugs, and more, the cut – which does not feature Fergie (as expected) – has not been confirmed to be the first official single from their new album, the first since 2010’s ‘The Beginning.’ But, what we can confirm is that the tune is a timely, must hear production.
Hear it inside:
People got to know them with a female singer in the group. They should get a female singer, perhaps beg the original female singer to come back they had before they replaced her with Fergie. I like the song but I do not know how it will do on the charts.
I can’t take them seriously after all those pop records
I love this reminds me of their Bridging The Gap era I’m here for this
Bye, don’t come here after all thay EDM crap and now you want to preach, keep to your boom boom pow with your lil flopping white girl.
