Its purpose? To showcase the performer’s brilliance as a creative within the realms of music and film. Now, following the unveiling of its supporting album of the same name, Monae has released the project’s movie online.

Three decent songs on the record (Pynk, Make me feel, I like that) IMHO but good luck to her for doing her thing. Post Malone Beerbongs & Bentleys on the other hand is awesome start to finish.

Of all the actors that showed up in the movie,
one of the most engaging is Betty Kaye as a trainee
called Meredith, who observes the institution through the
lens of her camera. She produces dark collections with
her images. Her creative thinking is identified by her undetected yet plainly
heard papa as unnecessary teenager angst. Thinking just beautiful people deserve
focus, he cruelly harps on her regarding her overindulging, the method she dresses,
and her social isolation. Meredith, a smart young woman, makes a connection with Barthes.
Sadly, her self-esteem is so reduced that she misunderstands his inspiration as personal affection.
