Check out this new promotional pic for Britney Spears’ ‘comeback’ album ‘Circus’ (due December 2nd). Can’t say I’m liking this one too much; it’s not even the photoshopped-to-the-nines look of the pic, it’s more Ms. Spears’ face…something looks kinda off with the expression. Not that any of this matters much, she’s still on course to have her Mariah circa 2005 ‘redemption’ with this new album. More power to her.What do you think of the pic?

I am from U.S. and it’s weird to me that this website’s creator (Sam) is so enamored by Britney.
May be it’s just the white people in U.K. who are obsessed with her. They all talk about how brave Britney is and how strong.
It sounds like Britney was kidnapped and she fought for her life or that she had cancer and she beat that cancer.
None of that is true. Britney had an self-inflated ego (prob. still does) and did things to be in the limelight (like no panties shot).
There’s no “oh sh is back or oh she’s so strong” – give me a break people – an open your eyes – this is nothing compared to all those people who are fighting cancer or women who are getting r**** as we spean in Congo and Darfur.

Nobody is even talking about Britney’s album here in States. I am an avid listener of all the major talk shows and radio stations and nobody is talking about Britney. Her song is on the radio sometimes, but really not that often.

I really don’t dig this picture, but we have no right to criticize her. Anonymous from 7:08…SMH. Not only has she worked her ass off from the time she was 16, but she overcame mental illness. She made some (a lot) of bad decisions, and her life, image, and health all suffered. Now, it seems she mentally stable and back to what she is, was, and always will be known for. I hate going on ridiculous rants “defending” artists on the internet, but that was just too harsh of 7:08. I think that the world (Sam too) is enamored with the story, because it’s like the world’s most famous phoenix rising from the proverbial ashes. So umm, yeah. Take that as what you will.

Wow, someone said that blackout was a failure. That has to be one of the best albums out, the production was brilliant and it was very urban sounding. She garnerd many urban music lovers with this album. The photo aint that great, but she does have an entertainer appeal, she aint whitney, but she can put on a show and has bomb ass songs and focus! I dont love britney, But I will give credit where credit is due. 70 million albums is STILL 70 million albums. It aint for no reason at all.
