Call it a comeback! After a 6 year absence from the top spot, Jennifer Lopez‘s new single ‘On The Floor (ft. Pitbull)’ has debuted at #1 on the Official UK Singles Chart.

The RedOne production bested previous chart-topper Adele‘s ‘Someone Like You’ by quite a margin – nudging the Londoner’s hit to #2; selling an impressive 130,000 in the process.
‘On The Floor’s nabbing of the top spot marks the first time Lopez, 41, has held the position on the tally since 2005’s ‘Get Right’.
Congratulations are most certainly in order. A great song, which is deserving of all of its success.
