Film and television star Anthony Anderson and his wife of 22 years are bringing their marriage to a close, court documents reveal.

Alvina Anderson filed for dissolution of marriage in Los Angeles County Courts recently, citing “irreconcilable differences” as a reason.

Fans of Anthony know this isn’t the first time his wife made such filing.  In September 2015, Alvina motioned for divorce but dismissed it two years after later reconciling with the ‘Black-ish’ star.

With the new divorce petition, no custody or child support agreements need to be made as the Andersons do not share any minor children.  As it relates to spousal support, however, the court document does not specify.

“All gifts and inheritance, all assets, earnings, accumulations, and debts acquired by Petitioner prior to the date of marriage and after the date of separation, the exact nature and extent of which are unknown,” the court docs read.
