Cop a gander of Ciara!

The GRAMMY-winning chanteuse stuns on the cover of Women’s Health magazine.

CiCi’s spread arrives during a busy window for the diva.

Indeed, she’s been whetting appetites for her next musical project with singles ‘Jump’ and most recent effort ‘Better Thangs’ with Summer Walker. She’s also been expanding her business empire with her new skincare line On A Mission.

Amidst it all, she’s prioritizing her physical and mental health.

Getting candid, the 37-year-old opens up in her interview feature about a whole host of topics – including the changes she made following her break-up from rapper Future, new music, her fitness regime, and much more.

Head below for pics and quotes…

On Making Emotionally Healthy Changes to Her Life After a Public Break-Up:

“I told myself I’ve got to figure out how to navigate in the next chapter of my life. All the things I was aspiring to have at that time, even thinking about love, I was like, It’s going to happen when it’s supposed to. But I can’t love anybody to the best of my ability if I’m not loving on myself. I can’t be the best mom if I’m not loving on myself. So I put more focus on me, taking care of me; it was the best thing I could have done.”

On Her Fitness Regime:

“I’ve really worked on committing to working out and eating as a lifestyle. And then I have moments where I give myself grace. I haven’t worked out this week, because I’ve been traveling up and down, taking the kids to school, doing interviews. It’s been so much going on that I’m like, Let’s not stress. But tomorrow, we’re back in, we’re back outside, and we’re back in the gym.”

Excerpt on New Music:

Expect an empowering ethos when Ciara releases an album early next year, which already includes singles “Jump” and “Better Thangs” with R&B up-and-comer Summer Walker. (This is her second collab with Walker, who featured “Ciara’s Prayer” on her Still Over It album last year.) Full project details are still top secret, but the Grammy winner will reveal that she’s working closely with her friend the hitmaking songwriter/producer Theron Thomas. Their past magic created the songs “Level Up,” “I Bet,” and “Greatest Love.”

On Her Ethos Across All Aspects of Her Life:

“Everything I’m doing at this stage is authentic to me, and I’m intentional about it. One of my greatest fears in life is not being prepared. I want to show up when it’s time to show up—personally, professionally, [for a] performance, everything. That’s my mentality. I can’t waver on the things that I need to do, to be my best in those moments.”
