Big Tigger's Estranged Wife Alicia Brown Sues Fulton County Over Arrest: 'Faulty Warrant' CitedAlicia Brown is taking legal action. The estranged wife of radio host Big Tigger has filed a lawsuit over her July 6 arrest, claiming a faulty warrant led to the incident.

Full story below…

Brown’s arrest occurred in Hart County near Exit 177. Two children were in her vehicle at the time. Georgia State Patrol stopped her over outstanding warrants in Fulton County and Baltimore County, Maryland.

The Fulton County warrant involved alleged child custody interference, while the Baltimore County warrant related to the 2019 disappearance of Brown’s 10-year-old daughter. Initial reports described it as an outstanding kidnapping warrant.

Baltimore County police have since confirmed Brown’s daughter was not in the vehicle at the time of the arrest. Fulton County has also recalled its child custody warrant, and no charges have been pursued.

Brown has now sued Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat, alleging the warrant violated her constitutional rights. Her claims include emotional distress, reputational damage, financial losses, and separation from her children.

She is seeking a jury trial, though the amount of damages sought has not been disclosed. Brown also named Big Tigger, real name Darian Morgan, in the filing and is seeking access to Labat and Morgan’s phone records to determine whether there was communication between the two.

Big Tigger previously faced arrest on aggravated battery and third-degree cruelty to children charges following an alleged domestic abuse incident. Brown believes he received preferential treatment.
