Prince Harry is getting candid about his relationship and how it helped him in ways he never knew.

During a live-streamed session with Dr. Gabor Maté, the royal opened up about how his wife, Meghan Markle, saved him in a time when he needed it most.

“My wife saved me. I was stuck in this world, and she was from a different world and helped draw me out of that,” he said.

“But none of the elements of my life now would have been possible without me seeing it for myself,” he continued.

“My partner is an exceptional human being and I’m eternally grateful for the wisdom and the space that she has been able to give me,” he concluded.

The session was held to promote Harry’s new book ‘Spare,’ which has been polarizing among the public and the press.

Additionally, the session comes as it has been revealed that Harry and Meghan have been invited to King Charles‘ coronation, but it is unclear if they will go.
