Halle Bailey is cooking up new music in the studio and she’s doing so with a Rock & Roll Hall of Famer.
For, the songbird is nesting in the lab with none other than Missy Elliott.

Taking to social media, Bailey shared clips of herself working on material with Elliott – who she audibly deems as a “legend” in the sweet clip.
2023 has been a busy year for Bailey, who earned rave reviews for her leading role in ‘The Little Mermaid’ and her debut solo single ‘Angel.’
The starlet is also set to appear as Nettie in ‘The Color Purple’ revival, which hits US theaters on December 25.
