Chris Brown‘s work rate is undeniable, as is the mass of his output.
Indeed, the performer has made no secret of his penchant for dropping albums packed to the brim with more tracks than the average.
And while C. Breezy dialed back such practice (somewhat) with his most recent LP, ’11:11,’ he’s made clear that he has much more material in the cannon.
Full story below…
In a new interview with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shay Shay, Brown opened up about his approach to making music – sharing that he routinely cooks up 4 or more songs “a day.”
As for the bank of material he has amassed with such practice, the chart-topper revealed:
“I have about 15,000 unreleased songs.”
With such a seismic amount of tracks in his arsenal, the 34-year-old – who confirmed that he has owned his master recordings since he was 29 – was quizzed on whether he would follow in the footsteps of artists who have sold their catalogs.
While somewhat open to striking strategic deals, he expressed a desire to retain ownership to create “generational wealth” for his family.

And they all sound za same and won’t chart. Bye now crack brown
Legend
15,000 flops*
90% of that will be filler..
He releases so much music that it all starts sounding the same. His current single sounds like something he’s done several times over. He’s about to be 35 it’s time for him to start focusing on quality for his legacy’s sake….
Or just go away. What he has is what he has. It won’t change because, this is what his offerings are. You like them or not. I don’t, so I don’t tune in. His crazed fans validate these things so I would not expect any change. King of R&B, Ratchet & Blues.
And nobody cares.
10 lbs of shyyt in a 5 lb bag
Crack Head
Quality not quantity is something he doesn’t know. Also many will be unfinished and 100s are demos for other artists. It’s well known in the industry that he’s written a tonne of songs under various monikers and pseudonyms where the artist didn’t want their name attached to his.
oh we can tell
It’s great for Chris to have 15000 songs. Which will be a gift ppl don’t understand now…I wish Aaliyah and Whitney and Prince would have done the same.
Finally you say something of substance. I wished Whitney and did the same. Prince/ camp already came out and said Prince has enough unreleased material to drop one album a year for the next 100 years. Granted maybe exaggerating but im sure its still massive

His biggest hit to date is Rihanna …. And that was 15 years ago.
