Nicki Minaj is paying homage to Princess Diana at her recent concert in the UK.

During her stop on May 26 in Birmingham, Minaj led a moment of silence for Princess Diana who died in 1997.
It began when a fan old her they were from Wales, where Minaj switched over to a British accent.
“It always reminds me of a dear friend of mine. Well, she’s not here anymore, but the Princess of Wales,” Minaj said.
The crowd cheered and Minaj put her head down and her hands together for a “moment of silence for her.”
