Katy Perry may have made headlines over the summer when her megahit ‘Roar‘ pounced to 15x Platinum in the U.S. to become the highest-certified female hit ever (at the time), but – just five months later – the RIAA has refreshed its logs to reveal Carey has snatched the record back.
