According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, a photographer named Guadalupe De Los Santos is suing the rapper (born Curtis Jackson) for using his SUV to assault him at a traffic light.
In the filed documents, De Los Santos claims that on September 11, after 50 Cent’s book signing, he was riding on a scooter recording a video and 50’s SUV appeared next to him at a stop light. The car door flung open hitting him and knocked him off the scooter. The man allegedly suffered injuries to his body and now has an irreparable scooter.
Responding to the suit, 50 Cent’s lawyer has told TMZ:
“Mr Jackson has neither been served wih or seen a filed copy of the lawsuit filed by Ms. Allred’s firm.”
Gloria Allred is the attorney representing the man suing 50. The MC went on to address the suit in an Instagram post dedicated to Allred. It read:
“The moment I realized I don’t like lawyers Gloria you should know better, chase a different ambulance.”
De Los Santos is also suing 50 Cent for damages due to loss of earnings caused by injuries.
