A great video for a great song. Moreover, it’s a solid follow-up to the ‘Turn Up The Music’ clip – which, for yours truly, was one of the first instances which really aligned Brown’s visuals with his premium talent. Here’s hoping it’s a trajectory that continues moving forward. For, if so, Brown really will have the chance to stage more than a “comeback”; he’ll have the chance to stake his claim as one of the industry’s most compelling “packages”.

No doubt Chris Brown is a talented recording artist. The only thing I get annoyed with is when Pro-producers like Polow the Don try to recreate Prince’s sound. The Dream has done is soooooo much and now its just like…no matter how many times you try it never comes close to the musical genius of Prince’s records. He created that sound, polow is usually an innovator and the dream is very talented. I just want to hear something that’s fresh for once. Even in the “baby-making” category. No Shade though.

What “comeback” does Sam really mean? This artist released an album last year and had successful singles and has been featured on so many songs by other artists, so there is NO comeback to be made, he never went anywhere. Same goes for Beyonce and Usher. The only artists that can be said to be making a comeback are people like Brandy, whose last album was in 2008

I loved the dancing (as always, I consider Chris the best dancer in the game). The choreography wasn’t as intense as the ‘TUTM’ video, but it was reminiscent of the r n’b videos of the 90’s and I liked that a lot. Everything else about this video was a little mediocre for me and I’m not a hater. ‘Sweet Love’ is the kind of song that needs a hot video to catch on, because the song itself doesn’t stand out too much, and I don’t feel like this video fulfilled that purpose, no shade.
