Britney Spears gets a one, two touch of Photoshop in the new promotionals for X Factor USA season 2.

And while she -give or take- looks great, we can’t help but feel the “artificial” nature of the shot will mimic the editing of her judging ability on the show. Call us cut throat, but it’s clear Simon Cowell and co signed her on the basis of her name, rather than ability. The woman can’t perform, nor even sit through interviews anymore. How or why should she be expected to fare any better on live TV is bewildering.

In any case, being the fair and unbias site we are, we’ll wait until the show’s premiere in September to see how her narrative plays out. In the meanwhile, peep another pic after the jump…

Not content with pulling out her breasts or baring her behind, Madonna has sunk her claws into Pop rival Lady GaGa once again.

The 54 year old has made no secret of her belief the ‘Bad Romance’ singer borrowed heavily from image, as well as her 1989 hit ‘Express Yourself’ – which she charges birthed the “reductive” ‘Born This Way’.

In a new interview with a Brazilian station, the Material Girl gave quite the chilly response when quizzed on her hand-picked nemesis.

Despite enjoying a sales boost in the country as a result of it, Nicki Minaj’s UK festival tour this month saw her face a number of unflattering  but trivial controversies.

Accused of pushing a festival worker in a pool of mud and demanding  ‘T In The Park’ organizers to cut the location’s grass before agreeing to walk in it, the Rapper  kept mum on the matter even after the reports made the rounds on the British press circuit.

Last week, Ciara‘s ever loyal ‘C-Squad’ welcomed the leak of ‘Overdose’, a jam recorded for the stars upcoming ‘One Woman Army’ album.

However, much to the dismay of her supports, the cut is yet to be placed on iTunes– despite marking one of the singer’s better received releases.

So well received, Epic executive LA Reid took to Twitter to address its surfacing hours later, asking fans to share their thoughts on its sound.
