Hard to believe it’s nearly been two months since the music world lost ‘The Voice’, pop icon Whitney Houston. And while fans continue to grieve, inarguably, no two people were affected more by the loss than Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina and her mother Cissy.
Always very vocal about the closeness of each relationship respectively with the ‘I Will Always Love You’ singer, Bobbi K. took to Oprah last month to update fans on her status. But, while niece Dionne Warwick has kept viewers in the loop on Cissy’s well-being, Whitney’s mom has been mum from the time surrounding and following the singer’s death…until now.
For the first time in a televised showing, the diva’s mother tells all in a revealing, yet touching interview. See it all after the jump:
While most entertainers gloss over their career lows, Halle Berry embraced hers.
A catastrophic flop at the box office, the actress’ 2004 role as ‘Catwoman’ saw her hit rock bottom professionally (despite pocketing a cool $12.5 million for the lead).
Costing $100 million to produce, the movie made a paltry $17 million in the US during its first weekend. And while its global gross (+rentals) saw it eventually recoup $82 million, it is still universally cited as one of the worst big screen disasters in recent memory.
Yet instead of hide, the feat saw the Oscar winner hold her head high as she accepted the award for Worst Actress at the 2005 Razzie Awards – a show which annually recognises the biggest crimes against film.
With wicked wit and charm, Berry offered a speech which ultimately saw her have the last laugh. Peep the hilarity above!
After weathering a sea of legal storms, T.I. is back.
The self-proclaimed King of the South declares he ‘Love This Life’ on this the lead single from his hotly anticipated comeback effort ‘Trouble Man’.

Ignoring past mistakes of mixing business with boyfriends, Jennifer Lopez gets up, close, and not so personal with her dancer lover Casper Smart in the video for new single ‘Dance Again’.
Set to premiere on American Idol this Thursday (April 5th), the clip is being teased by team Lopez, who’ll no doubt be hoping the Pitbull assisted cut replicates the success of their last outing – ‘On The Floor’.
Tidbit: On somewhat of a random note, the trac is interestingly being released via Epic Records. Why is this of any relevance? Well, the label had been Lopez’s recording home since the start of her career; that is until LA Reid poached her to join him over at Island Def Jam in 2010. And yet with Reid now heading up Epic, it would appear La Lopez has jumped back home. If indeed so, it’ll be interesting to see how the whole situation plays out given Ciara is reportedly Epic’s biggest priority.
Melody Thornton continues along the promo trail for her critically acclaimed mixtape, ‘P.O.Y.B.L‘, today serving up the video for the haunting ‘Smoking Gun’.

As ever, Wendy didn’t hold back – quizzing the singer on everything from her new album, to her son’s Autism, to the persistent rumours that she’s to leave We tv hit, ‘Braxton Family Values’. The latter saw the ‘Unbreak My Heart’ singer offer quite the “interesting” response.
