Beyonce rang in 2021 with an attitude of gratitude.

The diva may be between solo albums, but that didn’t stop her from having an action-packed year.

From the blazing success of Adidas x Ivy Park to ‘Black Is King’, Queen Bey maintained an omnipresence during 2020.

One of the other main vehicles for this was unquestionably the ‘Savage’ remix with Megan Thee Stallion.

The surprise release proved a mega smash and went on to top the Billboard Hot 100. A feat notably achieved without the need for a music video.

Still that didn’t stop fans from wishing for one. And while it didn’t come to fruition, Bey just dropped a Cheers To The New Year visual that may serve as a consolation of sorts.

Broadcast coast to cast, the main part of the celebratory telecast – hosted by Ryan Seacrest, GRAMMY-winning singer-songwriter Ciara, and others (in different locations) – was held in New York’s Time Square and featured performances from the likes of Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lopez, Megan Thee Stallion, Maluma, Brandy, En Vogue, and more alongside a slew of special appearances from celebrities, politicians, and more.

Justin Bieber kicks off 2021 in cinematic style with the action-packed video for ‘Anyone.’

Directed by Colin Tilley, the visual is the latest from the Pop pin-up’s forthcoming studio album (which is also home to preceding efforts ‘Holy’ and ‘Lonely’).

Inspired by the Rocky film franchise, the clip sees the singer star as a boxer who (backed by his love) works hard to defeat opposing forces – despite towering odds.

Speaking on the release, Bieber said:

“I can’t think of a better way to close out 2020 and kick off 2021 than celebrating with my fans all over the world and sharing this new music with them. Music has gotten us all through so much this year, and for me personally it’s been healing and transformative. ‘Anyone’ is such a special, hopeful, anthemic song. It sets the tone for a brighter new year full of hope and possibility.”
