DL Hughley is tired of what he believes is the gay community’s oppressive nature and has urged it to think twice about the way it treats those who dare to mock or criticise it.

His thoughts come in defence of comedian Kevin Hart lost his job as Oscar host following the unearthing of tweets some deemed homophobic and as Hart supporters take to social media to cry foul.

It may be wintertime, but Disney are looking to heat things all the way up with the first look at their summer blockbuster ‘Aladdin.’

Due in theaters worldwide on May 24th 2019, a close-up of the live-action remake has been blazed across the pages of Entertainment Weekly.

It’s the premiere preview of the Guy Ritchie production, which stars newcomers Mena Massoud as Aladdin and Naomi Scott as Jasmine and box office titan Will Smith as Genie.

Beyond the teaser trailer, details are being kept under wraps. However, Ritchie has gone on record to advise that the new take on the classic tale “has been revamped to reflect present-day ideals.”

With the 1992 original generating a colossal $500 million and being held up (to this day) as one of the most successful animated flicks of all-time, expectations are high.
