From 2004’s ‘Let Me Love You’ to 2017’s ‘Let Me Help You,’ R&B singer Mario is showing he still has “it” and “it” in abundance if his latest video is anything to judge by.

With its glossy, Malibu-based visual, ‘Help’ – an island-inspired number – comes as the first single from his forthcoming album, ‘Paradise Cove’  (due spring 2017 courtesy of his new label New Citizen).

Does it pack enough “umph” to help boost the crooner back to the top of charts?  Hear it below:

Say what folk will about Rihanna, there’s no denying that Ms. Fenty sure knows how to take a picture.

Case in point her stunning new shoot for Paper Magazine‘s March 2017 issue.

The 29-year-old embraces her inner rebel in the captivating feature spread, which was lensed by Sebastian Faena.

If history is anything to go by, the debut of a bold new look often precedes a new era. We’re hearing things (a lot of things) re new RiRi; but after ‘ANTI’ gate, sometimes it’s better to just wait until it arrives on TIDAL.

Remy Ma is the name on everyone’s lips after her savage slam of Nicki Minaj on ‘Shether’ – also known as the diss track heard around the world.

In the days since its debut, Minaj has maintained a notable silence on the matter – pressing on with video shoots and appearances at Paris Fashion Week.

Remy, however, has basked in the verbal beatdown and even delivered a follow-up.

Wendy Williams snagged the first interview with the ‘All The Way Up’ femcee, who attended her show with Fat Joe.

Speaking on the drama, Remy revealed the true reason for the lashing – and it’s not what most folk may think…

With two surprise albums released a week apart, you’d think Future be beating the promo trail non-stop in support of the respective projects.

But, with his dedicated “Future Hive” hoisting the first release, ‘Future,’ to the top of the Billboard 200 (and its follow-up, ‘HNDRXX’ looking to do the same), it’s safe to say promotion doesn’t exactly have to be at the top of his ‘to do list.’

With hopes of keeping them buoyed in Billboard’s upper rankings, however, the rapper/producer took to ‘Ellen’ recently to show off the album track ‘Incredible’ with a live band.

Curious to see how he fared?  See it below if you missed any of the action:

’24k Magic’ maestro Bruno Mars continue to sprinkle his magic on the Hot 100 thanks to the latest single from the set, ‘That’s What I Like.’

The R&B banger, which recently got the visual treatment, got its biggest sales and streaming boost from a high octane performance from this year’s Grammy Awards two weeks ago.  Zooming to #4 as a result, the move – coming as Mars’ 13th run in the chart’s top 5 –  has given him the distinct honor of having the “most top 5 singles this decade among males.”  With ‘That’s What I Like’s ascension, he is tied with pop megastar Rihanna for the overall count (starting 2010).

As we await news on next week’s charts to see the impact the song’s recently released visual had on its sales and streaming – and to see if Rih’s ‘Love on the Brain’ will break their tie – tuck in below to see who joins them in this week’s refreshed “Chart Check:  Billboard Hot 100”:

Jennifer Hudson returns with new single ‘Remember Me.’

The rousing track is the first taste of the Grammy and Oscar winner’s fourth studio album, which is expected to hit stores later this year via Epic Records. It’ll mark Hudson’s first release for the L.A Reid helmed label.

Having flirted with dancier sounds on 2014’s ‘JHUD,’ ‘Remember Me’ finds the vocal wonder on more familiar terrain – one which lets her voice take center stage.

Well, damn.  As soon as it went “all the way up” the hype around Remy Ma‘s second Nicki Minaj diss, ‘Another One,’ went right back down.

The Terror Squad’s First Lady got a presidential dragging on Twitter after she unleashed the follow-up to ‘Shether’ (her highly praised verbal smackdown delivered to her femcee foe, Minaj,  just last Saturday).  As the Harajuku Barbie has yet to wield a response, Ma thought it a good idea to taunt her by releasing the Drake/DJ Khaled-inspired ‘Another One’ (click here to listen if you haven’t heard it).

It’s pretty safe to say it wasn’t as well received as its jaw-dropping predecessor.  See what we mean:

It’s been a year since the premiere and disappearance of ‘Team,’ the lead single from Iggy Azalea’s sophomore album ‘Digital Distortion.’

And, while 2016 may have seen her name atop many-a-headline for personal reasons, musical dealings didn’t see her name-checked nearly as often.  With all of that behind her, a recent string of tweets from the saucy Aussie reveals she doesn’t intend to make 2017 a repeat.

Taking to the social media outlet yesterday (March 2), Azalea gave fans an update on the serially delayed project and promised new music would be coming soon.  Like…very soon.
