Eminem is no stranger to drama, indeed for much of his early career he seemed to actively court it.

However, recent years have seen Slim Shady turn down the volume on the wacky antics and skew more introspective.

For his latest effort ‘Kamikaze,’ though, the 45-year-old opted to clap back at his detractors – including younger rappers Machine Gun Kelly and Tyler The Creator.

In Kelly’s case, that duel has proven beneficial for both – Em for his lyrical lashing and MGK for his response ‘Rap Devil’ (which is currently #1 on US iTunes).

Yet, it’s Marshall’s tussle with Tyler that has received ample backlash.

As widely reported, the Odd Future star came out as bisexual last year; something Em used as ammo in his diss towards the 25-year-old.

And now, after feeling the heat of social media and think-pieces, he’s back-tracking.

Normani is making all the right moves and it seems a team up with Nicki Minaj may be her next one.

The Fifth Harmony star was on-hand at the nomination announcement for the 2018 American Music Awards, which she helped read out alongside other stars.

While there, the 22-year-old was quizzed about her hotly anticipated solo album debut, her friendship with Minaj, and whether the latter would result in a collaboration.

Rihanna was quite literally the belle of the ball last night, her ball that is.

For the Bajan sensation held the 4th Annual Diamond Ball in New York City.

Hosted by Issa Rae, the elaborate event – which raises funds for her charity, the Clara Lionel Foundation – featured a performance from Childish Gambino. 

Several notable names were on hand to support RiRi’s philanthropical efforts including Normani, Tiffany Haddish, Teyana Taylor, LaLa, and more.

Grammy-nominated songbird Tamar Braxton is living her best life, as she recently revealed to Wendy Williams, by booting demons from her closet that have haunted her for years.

Newly divorced and with a new lease on life (as we reported here), the songstress – who has mostly been coy about her love life post 9-year marriage to music exec Vincent Herbert – was giddy when dishing on her new man who she described as…

…he’s so fine! I can’t take it sometimes. It’s like a whole snack — a Lunchable!” the singer says. “He lives in L.A., he’s originally from Nigeria, but he lived here for a while.”

Tamar Braxton is renown for her outspokenness, but this time it’s for a wholly serious cause.

The R&B star has been a firm fixture in the headlines over the last year, thanks to the implosion of her marriage to Vince Herbert and more recently due to falling out with WE tv (along with her sisters) over payment for their reality show ‘Braxton Family Values.’

Per reports, the latter – and the infighting it’s caused amongst the family – has seen the clan sit down with Iyanla Vazant for a special intervention.

However, during the taping, Tamar is seen walking out.

When discussing the moment on a soon-to-air episode of The Wendy Williams Show (during which she also confirmed that she served her ex with divorce papers), the singer shocked the audience by revealing that her exit was because the secret abuse she received at the hands of family members was brought up.

Opting to get in front of the matter, she’s issued a statement further elaborating and released a video for the song ‘Prettiest Girl’ (from her ‘Love & War’ album) to celebrate overcoming.
