Omarion is wasting no time capitalising on the buzz for his new single ‘Post To Be (ft. Chris Brown & Jhene Aiko)’.

For, one day after the song’s premiere, the former B2K frontman has unveiled the tracklist and release date for its parent album ‘Sex Playlist’.

The set arrives almost five years after the roll-out of O’s last studio album ‘Ollusion’, which opened with first week sales of 19,300 back in January 2010.

After a number of label shifts, including a brief stint at Lil Wayne’s Young Money, the new father settled at Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group/Atlantic and is armoured with exposure from VH1 hit ‘Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood’ – which he stars on with girlfriend Apryl.

So, when with the LP be dancing into stores? And which tracks will it feature? Find out below…

Based on the singles Cheryl Cole has been serving up of late, it’d be fair to assume that her new album ‘Only Human’ was weak, limp, and lifeless. And it is.

However, in being fair and unbiased, it’d be a injustice to not share the one titillating tune that the LP houses, ‘All In One Night’.

A steamy R&B affair, the sensual track has been on replay here at TGJ HQ. Listen below to find out why….

When Beyonce announced the re-release of her fifth album last week, some lamented on the meaty price-point of the newly christened ‘Platinum Edition’.

Indeed, despite the project featuring new songs, remixes and being marketed as more a collectors item than a full-on reboot, the $30 / £30 cost irked a few – namely many who purchased the original LP last year.

They need not fret, though.

Because, today it’s been announced that the new material will also be available as a standalone EP digitally.

The search-party are still hunting for Kim Kardashian‘s talent, but that hasn’t stopped the reality star from hitting shameless new lows.

Mrs. Kanye West poses on the double cover of Paper Magazine‘s Winter 2014 issue and objectifies the only thing more noticeable than her lack of talent – her butt.

Lensed by Jean-Paul Goude, the first snap can be viewed above. The second, however, is far too racy to share here (as we’re a family site). It is viewable on the mother of one’s social media handles, though. Be warned, she bares her entire derrière.

Clearly eager to court more attention, Kim took to Twitter to hit back at critics of the covers. Find out what she had to say below…

Rihanna made her long-awaited return to the stage tonight at The Concert for Valor, which aired live on HBO.

Serving as a prelude of sorts to the official kick off of her comeback campaign, the performance was surprisingly…decent.

The 26-year-old delivered rousing renditions of ‘Diamonds’ and ‘Stay’, which left us wondering if she’s put down the cigarettes for good.

Taylor Swift and Aloe Blacc are amongst artists taking a stand against streaming giants Pandora, Spotify, and more for their “unfair compensation of artists.”

Indeed, Blacc – who has wielded such recent top hits as ‘I Need A Dollar’ and ‘I’m the Man’ – made headlines this week after alleging his hits have been spun over 168 million times on the top streaming web sites.  His compensation for the spin?   A measly $4000.

He’s not the only one.

Music’s darling right now, ‘Shake It Off’ songstress Taylor Swift, has unceremoniously shaken off Spotify by yanking her music from the popular streaming site.  A bold move she accompanied with this quote:

“I’m not willing to contribute my life’s work to an experiment that I don’t feel fairly compensates the writers, producers, artists and creators of this music. I just don’t agree with perpetuating the perception that music has no value and should be free.”

Spotify’s CEO Daniel Elk feels Swift’s assessment is unfair.  Read his response below and tell us how you feel:

R&B songstress Marsha Ambrosius lands on the cover of Kontrol magazine’s latest issue.

The former Floetry maestra styled and profiled in support of her critically acclaimed album ‘Friends & Lovers’, which arrived in stores earlier this year.

And while we feel she looks great, a number of the star’s Facebook fans took issue with the sensual tone of the cover, as well as its tag line “Marsha Ambrosius Is Bringing Sexy Back”.

Uncharacteristically, the singer-songwriter didn’t let the digs go unaddressed and personally responded to many.

‘Va Va Voom’ vixen Nicki Minaj saw her name zoom right to the top of the Anti-Defamation League’s hitlist after her latest lyric video ‘Only’ hit the net recently.

Assisted by Chris Brown and fellow Young Money crew members Drake and Lil Wayne, the visual instantly came under fire after fans likened its imagery to Nazi themes.  The uproar prompted Abraham Foxman, the League’s director and Holocaust survivor himself, to issue a statement on the group’s behalf:

Nicki Minaj’s new video disturbingly evokes Third Reich propaganda and constitutes a new low for pop culture’s exploitation of Nazi symbolism. The irony should be lost on no one that this video debuted on the 76th anniversary of Kristallnacht, the “night of broken glass” pogrom that signaled the beginning of the Final Solution and the Holocaust.

This video is insensitive to Holocaust survivors and a trivialization of the history of that era. The abuse of Nazi imagery is deeply disturbing and offensive to Jews and all those who can recall the sacrifices Americans and many others had to make as a result of Hitler’s Nazi juggernaut.

Their outcry did not fall on deaf ears. Just in time for Veteran’s Day, find out what Minaj had to say in response below:
