The Voice UK is back!

Having undergone a coach overhaul (which saw Jessie J and Danny O’Donoghue depart the show), the BBC1 hit welcomes Pop superstar Kylie Minogue to the judging panel alongside Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson for its third outing. The pair join original “coaches”  will.i.am and Tom Jones.

Platinum may be the color Beyonce is most used to, however gold clearly suits the singer too – if these new promotional shots are anything to go by.

Newly unwrapped, the stunning snaps are being rolled for the print campaign for King B’s latest fragrance ‘RISE’.

As reported, the scent follows the star’s first effort ‘Heat’, which scorched the competition to the extent of becoming one of the most successful celebrity perfumes of all time.

With Brand Bey booming better than ever, our guesstimate is that ‘RISE’ – like its predecessor – will enjoy blockbuster success.

This week’s That Grape Juice Cover Star comes from Youtube belter Korin Deanna. As we near the two year anniversary of the untimely passing of pop icon Whitney Houston, watch as the songstress tackles the legendary diva’s 1991 #1 hit ‘All The Man That I Need’

Bravisimo!

With power, passion, and poise, this cover gave us all that we needed (no pun intended)!  Admittedly a bit shaky in the beginning, Korin picked up as the song went on and delivered where it mattered most.  Nailing the dramatic tune’s climactic moments with relative ease, we appreciate Deanna’s ability to not get deterred from any mishaps along the way.

We are sure with time, polish, and ironing out of misfired melisma and the like, this Youtube songstress will shine amongst the best of them.  Already leagues above many of her Youtube contemporaries, if this video’s demonstration is just a hint of what she is capable of, we expect big things from her in the future.

Great work!

Will Smith is undoubtedly one of the Hollywood’s most bankable stars.  However, what fans shouldn’t bank on, is seeing the Oscar-nominated beau in the sequel to his hit film ‘Independence Day’.

Indeed, the film – which has grossed nearly a billion dollars worldwide since its 1996 release – is being eyed for a redo by Fox, according to Deadline.  The blockbuster film won’t be, as of time reporting, seeing an appearance from Big Willie.

Via Deadline:

“…director Roland Emmerich and co-writer and producer Dean Devlin are going to have to take on those Earth-leveling aliens without Will Smith. I’m told reliably that Smith informed the studio that he won’t be joining in on a sequel that the filmmakers hope to have in theaters for July 4 weekend, 2016. That marks the 20th anniversary of the 1996 original that grossed $811 million worldwide…”.
