Fresh from his portrayal as a serial killer in FOX’s now-defunct ‘The Following,’ Michael Ealy shows off his dark side yet again in the forthcoming Sony/Screen Gems film ‘The Perfect Guy.’

Directed by David Rosenthal, the film – also starring Sanaa Lathan & Morris Chestnut – sees Ealy play ‘the perfect guy’ to Lathan’s recently divorced character as she goes through the emotional throws of separation from her former husband (Chestnut).

What seems all too perfect in the beginning, however, later goes awfully awry.  See what we mean in this thrilling trailer below:

All roads lead to July 17th for ‘How To Get Away With Murder’ star Viola Davis & triple threat diva Jennifer Lopez.

As we reported here, the duo have teamed for the new Charles Stone III-directed thriller ‘Lila & Eve’ (a la ‘Thelma & Louise’) that will see Davis (Lila) portray a grief-stricken mother whose son has been murdered. After attending a support group meeting to cope with the grief, she meets Lopez (Eve) who convinces her to take tracking down her son’s killers into her own hands.

Together, they embark on a journey of revenge.

As we reported here, R&B songstresses Jaguar Wright and K. Michelle had a serious war of words on Instagram stemming from the former “hating” on the ‘Love ‘Em All’ diva’s vocal performance at Yandy Smith‘s televised wedding.
