Once billed as a museum of ageing acts, Sin City is now emerging as a means of reviving careers. Just ask Britney Spears, who despite tanking with her most recent album has carved out a new success narrative with her ‘Piece of Me’ show which is now its second year.

With Mariah Carey now in the mix, it’s little surprise then that other iconic names such as Janet Jackson and Jennifer Lopez are believed to want a piece of the pie ahead of planned comebacks.

However, if new reports prove true, the ladies Vegas plans are heading in two different directions.

“Thug Misses” Khia is dismissing all detractors who slammed her recent pool party appearance and performance.

As readers know, the rapper made headlines earlier this week for bringing her hit ‘My Neck, My Back’ to a fan’s backyard for a charity showing.  Once the video surfaced online, however, Twitter went on the attack – making the self-proclaimed “Queen of the South” the brunt of royal ridicule.

2014 proved that girls really did run the world as the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 consistently listed more female tenants than their male counterparts for most of the year.  2015 is looking to show otherwise with this week bringing the first time since June 2013 that no female singer was listed in the Billboard’s Hot 100 top 5.

After an impressive 14 week tenure at the #1 spot, last week shared news that Bruno Mars’ monster hit ‘Uptown Funk’ moved downtown to #2 – dethroned by Wiz Khalifa‘s newest hit ‘See You Again.’  A fitting title as this week’s refreshing of the tally sees him again holding tight to the #1 spot, a career highlight unknown to the rapper since his monster 2010 hit ‘Black and Yellow.’

Leading an all-male top 5, Khalifa may not want to get too comfortable in his #1 position as recent gains from the likes of The Weeknd, Jason Derulo, and Rihanna may prove themselves viable threats.

After thrilling with news that their next year’s programming lineup will feature shows starring Grammy winners Kelly Rowland and Brandy, now fans will have even more to look forward to as reports indicate the #1 Urban network is set to revive MTV’s hit series ‘Punk’d.’

Skyrocketing to fame upon its early 2000s debut, the celebrity prank show listed everyone from Brandy and Kelly Rowland to Beyonce, Britney Spears, and Justin Timberlake among its victims.  Now, as newly surfaced reports show, they and today’s top crop of stars are once again targets at risk…of getting Punkd!
