Beyonce‘s blockbuster performance at the 2014 MTV VIdeo Music Awards is undeniably rich in replay value.

However, thanks to the network’s strategically placed audience cams, it wasn’t just because of the action on-stage.

Much like the millions of viewers at home, the singer’s peers were lapping up every weave-whip, Naomi Campbell Walk, and flawless vocal served up by the dynamite diva.

With September around the corner, so too is Apple’s annual iTunes Festival.

Well, that escalated quickly!

After hitting #1 on Itunes just hours after its premiere, talented trio Jessie J, Ariana Grande, and Nicki Minaj have taken their blazing single ‘Bang Bang’ right to Billboard’s upper rankings!

Storming the Hot 100 with reports of the second highest first week sales of the year, the news come as yet another win for Grande who still holds the title for the year’s biggest debut with ‘Problem’ (which clocked over 430k sold its first week of digital availability).

As the diva syndicate’s accompanying visual readies the extension of the song’s onslaught of charts, it may take an act of magic to get the tally’s current reigning champ unseated.  As MAGIC!‘s ‘Rude’ readies another week run atop the Hot 100, will Jessie J and co. have what it take to dethrone the island anthem?  Or, will silent assassin Sam Smith and hit tune ‘Stay With Me’ make its way in for the kill?

It looks like it took an act of MAGIC! to end the reign of Australian rapstress Iggy Azalea‘s ‘Fancy’ atop the Hot 100.

Helping the ‘Bounce’ beauty bounce right into the history books as “longest reign at #1 on Billboard Hot 100 by a female rap artist” and “first female in history (of any genre) to see her first two charting singles hold the #1 and #2 spot simultaneously), it certainly served no shortage of status cementation.
