The shots come on the heel of Ci’s announcement of her forthcoming album ‘One Woman Army’, marching onto shelves in the coming months.

Love her or hate her, but we’d challenge anyone not to respect Nene Leakes’ ascent to the ‘top’.

Using Bravo’s ‘Real Housewives’ franchise as a launching pad for her own media oriented brand, Leakes-like Bethenny Frankel before her- has become one of television’s more bankable stars, commanding respect both on and off the small screen.

Now,she has weighed in on so called TV exec Shaunie O’neal and her ‘Basketball Wives‘.

On the show she told Vibe Magazine:

The truth is the truth. It has just gone too far. Too many fights, my God!

We (The Real Housewives) don’t do that. We definitely have had our verbal fights, but never physical fights. I can’t believe the fighting and the bullying. It looks bad. It really looks bad.

They can’t want to do too much in their careers. A good ole argument, everybody likes that every now and then to tune into, but you couldn’t be trying to have too much in your career because that stuff, it don’t work. You can’t represent a product and be that way. That just doesn’t work.

Not sure what Nene means?

When Rihanna announced she was to star in action flick ‘Battleship‘,expectations-to say the very least-were high.

Armed with the benefit of an all star cast, ‘Hancock‘ director Peter Berg and a budget of $209 million, the release was set to be the action flick of the summer.

However, much like all six of the singer’s LPs, the movie failed at reaching the US #1 and earned the record for being the lowest grossing movie with a budget of $200 million or more.

Now,in response to its well publicized tank, Comcast CEO Brian Roberts has labelled it a ‘unfortunate large miss‘.

On behalf of Universal who released the movie,he confessed:

We’ll have a negative quarter at NBC Universal, driven partly by the two flops, which will leave first-half financials flat to slightly down but right around where the company had expected — except for the effect of the Battleship flop.

His remarks came during a speech at the Sanford C. Bernstein 28th annual Strategic Decisions Conference in New York last week, hours after fantasy film ‘Snow White & The Huntsman” was confirmed to have generated more capital in three days than ‘Battleship’ has in three weeks, with a cool $56 million.

Here’s hoping Fenty has better luck on her next endeavor.

It was set to be her biggest US appearance this summer.

Earlier this evening, numerous reports claimed Rap Queen Nicki Minaj was to welcome Foxy Brown and ‘212‘ sweetheart Azealia Banks to the stage during her set at Summer Jam 2012, the event in which she is headlining.

This, for any aware of the star’s feud with Rap veteran Lil Kim, was seen a subtle dig at the MC as Foxy and Banks are-like Minaj herself- engaged in their own respective spats with her.

So in response to the reports, Kim took to Twitter to air out her feelings.

Besides at one time occupying some space on your television screens, the aforementioned entities all have had at least a taste of one other commonality – beef with R&B bad boy Chris Brown.

For, while his introduction saw him poised to follow in the steps of the legendary Michael Jackson (a la famed, talented child star whose star brightens into adulthood) and fill a space in R&B that had not been occupied since Usher, post-“the 2009 incident” has seen the ‘Run It’ singer’s public image run topsy turvy.

One minute loved and praised, the next minute reminded of that career-changing occurrence…

The current season of BET’s The Game has brought with it many a change, from cast additions to cast omissions, it certainly has been an eventful year for the hit show.

Newest recruit Brandy revealed in a new interview with our friends over at Kempire Radio that the fun is set to continue (for her), after producers asked her to reprise her role as Chardonnay in the show’s next season. Regular viewers would have seen Chardonnay’s tumultuous relationship with Jason Pitts (played by Coby Bell) serve as the primary storyline in the show’s current fifth season.

With business picking up for Ms. Norwood on the music end, it’s great to see her really wetting her feet on the acting tip.

Are you excited to see Brandy return to The Game?
