They may have taken their sweet time, but this year saw ROC Nation launch Brit Pop belle Rita Ora.

Kicking off her campaign with the singles ‘Party’ and ‘RIP’, her long awaited first album is set to hit Pop shores within the next year, following a summer of touring with Coldplay.

With the benefit of Rihanna‘s manager and Beyonce‘s backing, expectations for the project are high- especially after less than stellar efforts from ROC sisters Alexis Jordan and Willow Smith.

So, now it’s time to have to your say.

As earlier reported, Roc star Rita Ora performed a specially-assembled showcase at the Cartier Juste un Clou in New York last night.

And as well as thrilling with her own gems, the 22 year old Londoner also offered up a tribute to the group she told That Grape Juice influenced her immeasurably – Destiny’s Child.

Interestingly, the addition of the song to her set fell on the night DC staple Beyonce was watching from the audience with husband and Ora’s mentor Jay-Z.

Since Rita Ora‘s debut, there’s been an effort by some to bill Rihanna as Jay Z‘s problem child, one wrong move away from being replaced by her meek and agreeable doppelganger .

Written off as tabloid trash by Ora in recent interviews, her non existent feud with the ‘Umbrella’ singer has made her quite the hero within sects of Beyonce‘s fan base, who for one reason or another aren’t too keen on Fenty and her cause.

Now, Rita has spoken openly on the ongoing matter for the first time since speaking to That Grape Juice, last month.

For Pop newbie Rita Ora, last night would have undoubtedly been one to remember.

Taking to Skylight Studios to perform at the Cartier Juste un Clou after party, the Albanian star received some support of the A List persuasion when mentor Jay Z arrived alongside a certain 16 time Grammy winner named Beyonce.

Looking on as she performed cuts from her first LP, Ora’s star studded set came hours after her troublesome ‘ROC’ sister flipped the bird at unsuspecting paparazzi in LA.

Azealia Banks is on her way up in the world.

Yes, despite falling prey to Grand Hustle‘s fruitless attempts to smear her as a ‘jealous hater’, Ms. ‘212’ has one upped rival Iggy Azalea by landing a spread in next month’s ‘Elle‘.

Joined by a demure looking Santigold, the ladies joined forces for the magazine’s ‘Women In Music’ spread which is covered by Pop Royal Rihanna, weeks after feuding with Azalea, who beat her at landing a spot on  XXL’s 2012 Freshman Cover.

Well, as much as we love XXL, we doubt Banks will be too fussed on missing out on their cover now.

Many thanks to Elle.

On the surface it may appear that R&B crooner Miguel has been laying low. However, as always, looks can be deceiving.

Least to undergo single treatment comes the sensual Electro/R&B track called, ‘All’. Watch the video below…
