Christmas is certainly coming early for Jennifer Hudson fans.  Most recently spotted on the December cover of Ebony magazine, the budding diva beamed in blue on its cover and discussed a number of topics including her engagement to professional wrestler David Otunga, motherhood, weight loss, and more.  The issue, which hits newsstands November 29th, precedes the songstress’ upcoming ventures such as her book, two movies, and visual for her third single ‘I Got This’.

As if that wasn’t enough, headlines have revealed Hudson will be joining Justin Bieber and Cee Lo Green for this year’s TNT aired ‘Christmas In Washington’ and ‘Vh1 Divas Celebrates Soul’ (set to air on December 19th at 9pm).

Renown for her red hot ensembles, Aubrey O’Day today turned the heat up on her head, when she unveiled this blazing new hair do.

The former Danity Kane diva posted the shot on Twitter, while on the set of a new photoshoot.

Let’s just hope the shoot was in support of new material, because after Oxygen’s ‘All About Aubrey’ reaffixed the focus onto her music career, it’s all been a bit too quiet for our liking. Worry which is heightened when considering the structural changes at the label she signed to (SRC/Universal Motown) just as she came on board. Talk about iffy timing.

That said, we’ve got buckets of patience when it comes to Ms. O’Day. For, when not overly selling her assets, she still presents quite the compelling Pop package. And with Britney performing like a pensioner these days, there’s a big vacancy open.

“If at first you don’t succeed, dust yourself off and try again”

This seems to be a mantra will.i am has embraced, for the hitmaker has announced he is to release another solo album.

Some may remember the Black Eyed Peas star’s first bid at singular stardom, 2008’s ‘Songs About Girls’, which bombed in quite spectacular fashion upon released. Indeed, the set debuted at #38 and sold just 21,000 copies in its first week on sale.

In the four years since then, the producer has gone on to amass a successful body of work with other artists; success, we’re sure rebuilt his confidence to launch a chart assault on his own accord now the Pea’s are on hiatus.

Find out more about his sophomore set, and its accompanying lead single, after the jump…

When Rihanna‘s latest single ‘We Found Love’  remained at  the top of the US singles chart last week, it became the 36th week the performer had spent atop that chart since her debut.

This of course came much to the horror of Beyonce fans as it meant the pair were now tied for having spent the same amount of time at #1.

Now- as of this chart week- the pair are no longer tied. For, the ‘S&M‘ singer has now impressively  bested  the 36 week record she once shared with Knowles.
