The Soulful crooner kicks off his ‘Love In The Future’ album campaign with the aptly titled new song ‘The Beginning’. A teaser cut of sorts, the track serves as a prelude to official first single ‘Who Do We Think We Are (ft. Rick Ross)’ – which arrives on March 25th.
While the 34-year-old has busied himself with soundtrack cuts and guest appearances in recent years, the project marks his first solo effort since 2008’s ‘Evolver’.

Reworked for television, the Shawn Ryan forged series will come courtesy of CBS and will star Brandon T.Jackson, whose character is the son of Murphy’s character in the original movie, Axel Foley.
Fortunately for fans, the series will see Murphy return as Axel, unable to let go as his son attempts to weave out his shadow and take on the vices of Beverly Hills on his own.

Over the weekend, Root’s star QuestLove sensationally revealed that a sequel for the ‘Suit & Tie’ led set is scheduled for November — touting the release of 10 tracks now, 10 tracks later (= 20).
With the news spreading like a wildfire, the singer had no choice but to address suggestion of ’20/20′ sequel at his iHeartRadio album release party last night in Los Angeles.
