No stranger to barely-there outfits, Mariah Carey donned quite the interesting ensemble while out and about in New York this week.

The 42 year old American Idol judge turned heads in a figure-hugging all-black get-up, which put her abs of full display.

And while casually strolling the street in such a revealing number wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for Mimi, the singer Tweeted shortly after the pic was snapped:

Watching #idol? I’ll have to catch it later, grandiosity in the works!! #pondeset

Jury’s out on whether “pondeset” means video shoot or photoshoot, however it appears Mariah is up to something.

Alicia Keys‘ new album ‘Girl On Fire’ may not be setting any chart ablaze, but that hasn’t stopped the star from booking many a major promo spot in support of the set.

For, following her scheduled performance of the US National Anthem at this Sunday’s Super Bowl, the 32 year old has today been announced as the latest star to join the performer line-up at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards.

As reported here, ‘Moment 4 Life’ maestra Nicki Minaj was one of many top stars who released albums in 2012 that did not see their names aboard the 2013 Grammys nominations list.

Like ‘Beauty & the Beat’ co-star Justin Bieber‘s faithful followers, Minaj’s faithful Barbs have cried “foul” on the academy’s front. To the surprise of some, however, it seems Nicki has a different take on the snub.

This week, Brit Pop wonder Rita Ora kicked off her ‘Radioactive Tour’, generating fresh steam for her debut album, ‘ORA‘.

Now, while we aren’t too keen of the show’s fashions, footage pulled from the show has us all too excited for what the coming year will see the star deliver conceptually. For, as you’ll see below, the show’s execution goes a long way in showcasing Ora’s creativity and overlooked durability as a live vocalist.

Despite heading a top rated reality show and a host of accolades to their name, fans of ‘Go Get It’ gospel duo Mary Mary have been getting an eye and earful as of late via their hit, selt-titled WeTV reality show as tension has been growing between the sisters.

That Grape Juice has exclusively received a number of snaps from fans of the Grammy winners on solo outings – much like the one of Erica Campbell above seen leaving a SiriusXM interview this morning – alone.
