‘Be Without You’ singer Blige is serving as an “advisor” on the hit show, teaming with coach Adam Levine. Meanwhile Milian has plenty of reasons to smile, the most notable being that she has been invited back to reprise her role as Social Media Correspondent.

Season 3 of The Voice kicks off on September 10th. Here’s hoping it brings with it the chart comebacks of its star Christina’s – Aguilera and Milian. Let the countdown begin!

As one of Pop’s more high profile hopefuls, it appears Tulisa is continuing on in her attempts to appear ‘premium’ with yet another big budget video.

Indeed, while her efforts would be better spent investing in a choreographer and media training, she has spent the last few days shooting the video for her single ‘Live It Up‘ with Young Money’s Tyga.

Snapped in Hawaii, the generic gem’s video is set to coincide with the launch of X Factor’s ninth season- in which she stars in alongside Nicole Scherzinger, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh.

Seven months have passed since Melanie Amaro was crowned the first winner of The X Factor USA.

In the period following, the 20 year old has been hard on her debut offering – the lead single from which she announced this week.

Christened ‘Don’t Fail Me Now’, the track is set to to debut tomorrow via Epic Records.

With the reality arena becoming increasingly crowded and the act’s post-show success growing ever scarce, Ms. Amaro will need to come packing all sorts of heat to ensure she blazes the charts. Tomorrow carries with it the first indication of whether she will.

Nelly Furtado‘s new album title couldn’t be more apt. For, the one-time Pop force must indeed have ‘The Spirit Indestructible’ given that she’s pressing on with a project that’s birthed no hits.
