Pint sized femcee Lil Kim hails the ‘Return of the Queen’ in the latest edition of her web series.

The 38 year old’s career in recent years has been anything but royal, yet we’re all for her claiming the title (which, at present, resides with a certain Nicki Minaj – almost by default given the lack of competition). Perhaps then, it’ll spur the ‘Whoa’ rapper on to deliver something worthy of such status. We can only hope.

Indeed, while her seventh album is being crafted for her, the nocalist was caught partying it up on a yacht in seemingly high spirits.

All this, months before she is set to launch a 2013 world tour following from the so so received ‘Loud Tour’.

Once billed as a an act your mother could love, Justin Bieber continues his calculated transition into somewhat of a sex symbol on the cover of Rolling Stone‘s latest issue.

It’s a contrived narrative that’s been played out many a time before. Yet, it’s a narrative we can’t blame Team Bieber for employing – given the difficulties many child stars face when they pander to Disney-esque audience for longer than they “should”.

At 18, Bieber is a mini-industry – with many hinging their annual pay-cheque’s on his success. Hence, ensuring that success continues means more covers like this, more crotch grabs during performances, and more use of apparently “cool” words such as “swaggie”.

Bieber’s latest album ‘Believe’ is in stores now.
